Rapid Ascent Incorporated
Rapid Ascent Incorporated (formaly Rapid Ascent Private Limited) is a four year old business establishment with various domains in distribution, manufacturing and in the service industries.
Rapid Ascent was initially started as a proprietorship concern in the year 2005 and became a private limited company in 2007. The ideology of setting up a training Institute developed from the need, based on demand of trained and skilled work force. During the many interview session we noticed that the candidates lacked some skills or the other and could not meet the criteria. Thus making us realize that this wide gap needs to be bridged and this could be only accomplished by opening up a training institute with specialised technical and non - technical programs. The idea of the training institute was to provide to those, that bridge, were they could tread to achieve success.
Training which were very objective and goal oriented and based on feedback and action plan. In order to achieve this, we needed expertise in the selected fields thus forging partnerships and tie –ups with various Organization and Educational Institutions as to provide training in our State-of – Art centers situated in the Northeast Region. Thus the Guwahati chapter was established to bring to bear best practices and deep local knowledge to each engagement and to facilitate training as well as to coordinate the same in the North East Region.
